My Story

Hi, I'm Stephen

I am a digital transformation technology leader working in Information Technology for over three decades.

Throughout my career, I have worked for Fortune Global 500 and Forbes Global 2000 companies, family-owned conglomerates, and technology start-ups across markets. As an early evangelist and proponent of digital transformation in the Middle East, I actively engaged with clients and other stakeholders in pursuing their transformation journey.

When I was a young child, I often wondered why some children fared better in their academics than others.

When I entered the corporate world nearly three decades ago, I observed some executives fared better than the rest. As I began interacting and engaging with clients, partners, industry peers and competitors, the trend continued.

By engaging with various professionals across the world, I gained deeper insights into their thought processes. I observed and learned that…

They proactively transform by continuously improving themselves to stay relevant in their ecosystem, ensuring that they not only grow, but also thrive in this new age economy.

So then I wondered: if a person is successful, how do they stay successful and achieve more? If a person has failed, then how do they shift from failure to success?

As I spent more and more years in the industry, I interacted with and witnessed several leaders transforming not only themselves but also their companies and the people around them.

I learned firsthand by engaging with entrepreneurs, chairpersons, board members, presidents, CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, directors, peers, colleagues, young graduates, alumni, family, friends, and aspiring individuals. I closely observed what it takes to bounce back to success from each failure.

Being an engineering graduate and a postgraduate in management, I decided to blend the two different disciplines, to understand this trend from a different perspective.

To start with I applied the learnings to my professional and personal life and was delighted with the results I achieved!

I was fortunate to have led teams early on in my career and applied these learnings with my team members by coaching and mentoring them. I took this one step further and shared the learnings with people I actively engaged with in my professional career. They got the results they desired!

In 2015, I found my calling...

I embarked on a journey to transform my learnings into a five-phase framework that I called “ReLaunch X”. Eventually, this culminated into my book, “ReLaunch To Win”.

I am on a personal mission to share this framework with people out there, to help them find their own success and be winners in life.

ReLaunch To Win is based on the wisdom I gained from exploring the thought processes of various leaders over several years.

My success approach is simple, powerful and an effective one, and I want to help YOU achieve your own success, by leveraging my learnings gained over the last three decades.

While some people are more successful than others, the fundamentals remain the same:

I am a firm believer that all people are resourceful and their path to success lies untapped within themselves. They need to believe in themselves, discover their passion, and execute on following their life’s purpose – relentlessly.

When I completed my Co-Active Coach professional training in 2016, it reinforced my belief that people are truly resourceful, and that they only need to find it in themselves to succeed.
